About the Role
This position serves as a lead civil engineering professional dedicated to managing complex projects with a specific focus on stormwater design. The role exists to bridge the gap between technical engineering standards and client needs, ensuring that every project delivered meets rigorous quality, design, and process benchmarks. You will be responsible for guiding projects from initial concept through their entire lifecycle, ensuring value-based design is integrated into every phase.
In this fully remote capacity, success relies heavily on your established network and proximity to the South Central PA market. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining clear communication while coordinating with internal teams to meet strict deadlines. Your day-to-day involves overseeing project timelines, managing budgets, preparing contracts and invoices, and handling the submission of necessary documents to governmental agencies, including expert navigation of NPDES permitting processes.
