A leading multi-disciplinary team in Cleveland is seeking a Water Resources Project Manager to drive site development design projects and manage engineering delivery.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will manage professional service contracts, sub-consultant agreements, and client relationships while overseeing project invoicing and accounts receivable. The position requires keeping current on regional regulatory agencies and permit requirements, as well as implementing QA/QC programs to resolve technical and personnel issues.
