- check_circleLead project delivery from preconstruction planning through final turnover
- check_circleManage financial performance including bid solicitation, contract negotiation, and billing
- check_circleInterpret plans and contract terms for staff, workers, and clients
- check_circleCompile as-built documents, develop punch lists, and address warranty claims
- check_circleRepresent the company professionally in project and strategy meetings
- check_circleFormulate reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling
- check_circleDevelop critical path schedules and track RFIs and submittals
- check_circleCoordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to resolve issues
