About the Role

As a Project Manager II, you will join a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows. This is a customer-facing role responsible for ensuring projects are effectively executed within budgeted costs and time schedules while maintaining positive cash flow. You will act as "our customer's best service provider" at all times, ensuring Convergint Technologies remains the customer's first choice for service.

In this position, you will manage, oversee, and coordinate small to medium projects of moderate complexity from award through completion. You will translate customer needs into detailed proposals and implementation plans, coordinate procurement, and establish project milestones. As a leader, you will actively seek ways to act as a role model, guide, and mentor others within the organization, facilitating a collaborative working environment for both customers and team members.
