The Program Management Specialist Jr. supports the Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO) in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. In this role, you will manage the development, coordination, and tracking of Army Support Agreements, ensuring they meet fiscal law requirements and align with Army policy and audit readiness standards.
You will serve as a key liaison, facilitating approval processes with legal, Program Management staff, and HQ stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves drafting support agreement documentation, maintaining dashboards and reporting tools, and preparing executive-level briefings on agreement status, risks, and milestones. Success in this position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships with Project Managers and external customers to ensure smooth agreement execution.
This position is restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. An active Top-Secret (TS) clearance is required to start. Candidates must provide documentation verifying citizenship or permanent residency status to qualify.
