Mortenson's Federal Contracting and Chicago Operating Group is seeking a Project Finance Operations Supervisor to provide essential accounting, analysis, and financial support to our project teams. This role is vital for maintaining the financial health of our projects in an ever-changing environment.
You will serve as a bridge between project teams and leadership, requiring strong communication skills to interact with staff at all levels. Your success depends on your ability to remain flexible, inventive, and dedicated while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality. In this position, you will lead project financial reviews, offering insights and recommendations to project leadership, operating group leadership, and business partners. You will also actively participate in and lead assigned initiatives to drive efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
