As a Project Engineer within our DHI Engineering organization, you will serve as the central hub for technical activities on assigned land development projects. This role exists to ensure the seamless execution of engineering work from planning through construction, maintaining strict compliance with codes and standards while fostering collaboration across all disciplines.
In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and jurisdictional agencies, managing day-to-day interactions while leading internal project teams. You will guide E.I.T.s, CAD designers, and technicians, ensuring that financial and technical aspects of the project are synchronized. Your day will involve interpreting complex regulations, resolving technical issues with minimal oversight, and coordinating construction phase services such as site visits and submittal reviews.
