We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to work on flagship Rolls-Royce programs and play an important role in addressing some of the most complex and interesting technological challenges in Defense.
As a Project Engineer, you will support the component design team to plan, manage, de-risk, and deliver a new product introduction program. You will be part of a team that sets the industry standard and drives groundbreaking solutions, ensuring safety and reliability are paramount in the systems we design, build, and service.

Strong technical, people, and project leadership skills. Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and gated design process. Experience planning and managing activities associated with testing, verification, and certification activities. Experience with project management tools including ForProject and Microsoft Project. Experience with Excel, PowerBI, and other analytic tools. Experience actively managing risk. Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment, willingness to accept responsibility, and take initiative. Ability to deal with ambiguity, make decisions, and recommend solutions with minimal data. Excellent command of the English language for written and oral communications. Ability to plan and coordinate work with other groups and drive tasks to completion on schedule.
