About the Role

We are seeking dynamic Project Engineers to join our team with a passion for progress. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between technical planning and on-site execution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of engineering and construction projects, overseeing technical elements from the initial proposal phase through to final completion.

Your day-to-day involves evaluating prospective projects, reviewing specifications and drawings to define scope, and preparing detailed estimates and bids. You will collaborate closely with Work Winning Managers and Chief Engineers to develop designs and strategies. Once a project is underway, you will travel to various job sites across the U.S. to ensure work aligns with design parameters, evaluate ground conditions, and manage resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across different geologic environments and construction techniques.
