About the Role

We are seeking a Project Controller to serve as the independent financial authority across long-term, complex programs. This role is critical to maintaining financial discipline, ensuring forecasting accuracy, and identifying risks early. You will partner closely with project and operations leaders, providing clear financial insight that directly influences program outcomes.

This is a hands-on position that goes beyond standard reporting. You will own project financial integrity from setup through execution, support strategic decision-making, and help evolve project controls and financial processes in a high-growth environment. You will join during a period of expansion and play a key role in shaping project finance processes.

check_circleCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across cost, schedule, and risk tracking

Requirements

verified7+ years of experience in project accounting, project controls, or program finance
verifiedStrong experience with project accounting or PSA tools
verifiedSolid understanding of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition
verifiedAdvanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capability
verifiedExperience managing foreign currency exposure
verifiedCPA or CMA preferred
verifiedExperience with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, or Oracle P6 preferred
