About the Role
The Supervisor, Accounts Payable serves as the operational backbone for Horizon Media’s affiliate companies, managing the end-to-end payment and accounts payable function. This role is critical to our growing portfolio, ensuring that payments are processed accurately and on time while maintaining strong, professional relationships with our vendors.
In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day workflow of the Accounts Payable function, focusing on the timely execution of weekly payment batches and driving the transition of vendors to ACH. You will act as the primary escalation point for vendor payment inquiries, managing the affiliate AP inquiry mailbox to ensure rapid issue resolution. Beyond execution, the role involves troubleshooting complex payment discrepancies, maintaining system integrity, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve the affiliate accounts payable process.

Requirements
- verified5+ years of progressive experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment
- verified1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity

- verifiedNetSuite experience highly desirable
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
