Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead coordination of technical and operational activities across TACCOM support functions
- check_circleOversee preparation and submission of required weekly and monthly status reports
- check_circleTrack contract deliverables, schedules, issues, and operational risks
- check_circleDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure mission success
- check_circleSupport change management activities including participation in Change Control Board processes
- check_circleInterface with program and technical stakeholders to support issue resolution
- check_circleEnsure quality control standards are applied across all deliverables and contract execution
- check_circleEnsure compliance with DHS, CBP, contract, and security requirements
- check_circleServe as the primary operational point of contact for CBP stakeholders and the Contracting Officer's Representative
- check_circleManage contractor staff activities, workload prioritization, and daily operational execution
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, project management, or related field
- verified5+ years of experience leading operations in a federal environment
- verifiedExperience supporting DHS, CBP, DoD, or mission-critical government operations
- verifiedMust successfully pass CBP background investigation
- verifiedMust comply with all DHS and CBP security requirements
Nice to Have
PMP certification. Experience supporting TACCOM, LMR, wireless communications, or public safety communications programs. Familiarity with MAXIMO, ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar government systems. Existing DHS suitability or active federal clearance.
