About the Role

The Project Builder role is a collaborative position within the Brand Experience Team. You will partner with Channel, Go-to-Market, Product, and Sales teams, as well as Dealer partners, to support in-market product experience needs. Your primary function is to promote the end-to-end display process, from building and maintaining displays to supporting order and inventory management, and facilitating transportation and setup/teardown logistics.

You will support varied product experience projects across multiple activations, including events, trade shows, dealer showrooms, and both temporary and permanent installations. Success in this role often involves working with aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will need to translate plans and takeoffs into built items while managing complex scenarios and shifting priorities. This role requires superior technical and hand skills, the ability to read schematics, and strong organizational and communication skills across teams and platforms.

Location and Schedule

This job is located on-site in Warroad, Minnesota. If you are not local and will be relocating for this role, Marvin offers a variety of benefit offerings to support your move. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
