You will support multiple Identification Friend or Foe Department of Navy (DON) projects within the Integration and Production program. This role serves as a vital link in managing project objectives, financial performance, and acquisition milestones. You will apply analytic techniques to evaluate project requirements, status, and budgets, ensuring that contractual commitments are met with precision.
Your day-to-day involves developing and maintaining MS Project schedules for development, integration, test, and fleet installation milestones. You will manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), monitor financial performance against baselines, and track project status. By collecting and interpreting data related to aircraft and weapon acquisition, you will uncover trends and insights to communicate effectively to stakeholders. You will also apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control, and data management, while organizing files in a web-based SharePoint environment. Success in this role requires building professional, dependable relationships with both internal and external customers.
This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland, within the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Please note that there is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state a willingness to relocate to St. Mary's County, Maryland, or surrounding areas.

Master's degree in a business discipline (accounting, management, economics, marketing, or other business field). Experience in managerial/cost accounting, budgeting, funding execution tracking, workforce management, workload, acquisition, and financial analyses. Ten years of experience with at least four of those years within the Department of the Navy (DON). Two years of experience involving DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR); FAR; and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Proficiency in the M365 suite of tools including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneNote, OneDrive, Lists, and Planner.
