The Johnson Controls Navy Systems (JCNS) division is a core part of JCFS, dedicated to supplying Chilled Water Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Systems, and associated equipment to the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard. Our robust, high-reliability products are custom-engineered for specific applications and are designed, manufactured, and tested at our York, PA plant to meet stringent military specifications.
As a Project Analyst, you will join the JCNS team reporting into the aftermarket business lead. This role is intentionally structured as a development pathway into Project and Program Management, offering the experience, exposure, and mentorship necessary to progress into roles with increasing ownership and responsibility.

Exposure to Lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. process mapping, waste reduction, cycle time improvement) with an interest in applying them to business operations. 1-3 years of experience in a business, operations, or program support role, preferably within a defense or government contracting environment.
