We are seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to join our team in an ever-changing environment. This role is designed to support the project team with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be flexible, resourceful, and proactive, capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks independently or with minimal supervision.\n You will serve as a central point of contact, interacting with staff at all levels. Your day will involve managing clerical operations, coordinating logistics for design and construction meetings, and supporting the Superintendent with critical tracking tasks. This position requires a strong ability to work across different locations, with travel required to project sites in New Mexico, Indiana, and other United States locations.
