About the Role
As a Programmer Analyst 4, you will serve as a critical resource for the department, responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement of complex Java applications. Your work ensures the integrity of critical business processes and maintains compliance with SEM/SUITE standards. Without this role, the department would be forced to rely on manual documentation and screen planning, a process prone to errors that could compromise data integrity and lead to the incorrect processing and reporting of patient information.
You will be integral to developing automated processes that streamline operations, secure applications, and uphold the highest standards of data accuracy. This position requires a deep understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from gathering requirements and writing technical specifications to designing prototypes and working with stakeholders for review and approval.
