Founded in 1975, The Help Group is the largest, most innovative, and comprehensive nonprofit of its kind in the United States. We serve children with special needs related to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays, abuse, and emotional problems. Our broad range of mental health and therapy services, along with residential programs, extends our reach to more than 6,000 children and their families each year.
Families in our society today face tremendous challenges. We are dedicated to empowering adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health, social, and emotional challenges because everyone deserves a great future. Through strategic partnerships with governmental agencies and innovative programs like Full-Service Partnership (FSP), Wraparound (WRAP), and PIER, we foster long-term skills and support systems, enhancing the well-being of individuals and families across all stages of life.
At the heart of our mission is a steadfast commitment to empowering individuals to reach their full potential and live positive, productive, and fulfilling lives. We invite passionate professionals to join us in supporting the development of our students, clients, and residents as we grow. Here, you will find not just a job, but an opportunity to grow your career in a deeply rewarding environment.
