As an Oregon Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) serving as a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical services for clients with mental health and co-occurring disorders. This position is designed to ensure the smooth operation of the Adult Therapy Unit while maintaining a high level of responsiveness to client needs. You will provide clinical direction, oversight, and guidance to a diverse team including QMHPs, QMHAs, MH Techs, and Peer Support Specialists.
In this role, you will balance leadership responsibilities with direct clinical practice. You will carry your own caseload, providing direct treatment and crisis assessments, while simultaneously reviewing and signing off on team members' treatment plans. Your work will be grounded in trauma-informed and feedback-informed treatment principles, supporting agency initiatives like Outcomes Based Care and Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT). You will act as a key collaborator with community partners, local stakeholders, and internal management to coordinate services ranging from crisis stabilization to housing and employment support.
Your day may involve leading regular supervision meetings to review clinical work against evidence-based practices and agency policies. You will troubleshoot operational issues, manage client scheduling, and step in to support the Program Manager or Clinical Director when needed. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to fostering therapeutic relationships and facilitating referrals to internal and external resources. As this role requires travel between sites, you will also be responsible for driving to various locations to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
This position includes a $3.00/hr license differential, equivalent to an additional $6,240 per year (prorated by FTE). We offer a comprehensive benefits package including family medical, dental, long-term disability, and a 403(b) plan with a 6% match. Employees enjoy a generous paid time off policy (up to 208 hours annually based on FTE status) and 11 paid holidays.
We are committed to your professional growth, offering clinical supervision, training, continuing education opportunities, and support for licensure. Bilingual skills are highly valued; Options pays a premium for employees who can conduct business in Spanish and provide certification of a language proficiency test approved by the Oregon Health Authority at a "High Intermediate" level. Additionally, this position may be eligible for relocation reimbursement and loan repayment programs through the National Health Service Corps or the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment program.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
