About the Role
Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the delivery of analytic, technical, and operational support for a critical crime reporting and analysis program within a federal law enforcement agency. This role serves as the primary interface with government leadership, ensuring all activities align with mission priorities, security requirements, schedules, and quality standards. You will provide end-to-end accountability across personnel, performance, stakeholder engagement, governance, and compliance, acting as the central point of contact for client leadership.
In this position, you will guide modernization efforts, including cloud-based analytics and automation, while coordinating across analytics, engineering, QA, and documentation teams. The role requires leading planning, progress reviews, and issue resolution, as well as preparing and delivering program status briefings, reports, and executive materials. Success in this role demands a professional who can navigate complex federal environments while maintaining strict adherence to agency policies and OMB directives.

Requirements

Experience managing multidisciplinary technical and analytic teams. PMP or equivalent certification.
