About the Role

HII–Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support Space Systems Command (SSC), System Delta 81 (SYD 81) in Colorado Springs, CO. This role oversees a multi-year, firm fixed price (FFP) contract containing a technically complex portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in defense and commercial contract management.

As a leader at HII, you will be accountable for demonstrating strength in our Leadership Capability Framework: knowing and growing your people, building relationships, taking ownership, prioritizing the customer, shaping the future, and acting with urgency. You will lead and motivate a diverse team of project managers, engineers, analysts, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
