HII–Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support Space Systems Command (SSC), System Delta 81 (SYD 81) in Colorado Springs, CO. This role oversees a multi-year, firm fixed price (FFP) contract containing a technically complex portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in defense and commercial contract management.

Experience in modeling, simulation, and LVC environments. Experience in managing FFP contracts. Experience managing Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Cost-Plus Award Fee (CPAF) type contracts. Experience working in the Space domain or related fields, training, T&E, or operations – military or civilian. Experience in Electrical Engineering, Software Development, and/or Systems Engineering, with a proven ability to deliver integrated, mission-critical solutions that span multiple technical domains. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification.
