About the Role
We are seeking multiple Program Managers to lead overall program execution in Tidewater, VA, and San Diego, CA. This role is critical for overseeing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across all task areas supporting global LVC (Live, Virtual, Constructive) environments. As a Program Manager, you will drive strategic planning and continuous improvement to ensure mission success. You will lead end-to-end program execution, manage Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and coordinate directly with government stakeholders and senior leadership. The position requires ensuring strict compliance with DoD and Navy policies while directing workforce planning and performance management.
Hiring Process & Application
This position is contingent upon a contract award. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance, with active clearances preferred. Eligibility requires US citizenship and successful completion of a security investigation.
