About the Role

We are hiring a Program Manager - Logistics Startups to support startup operations for our Supply Chain Solutions division. As the primary point of contact on multiple projects, you will assemble, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary technical review teams made up of professional staff from various departments and functions.

You will interface with customers and Ryder's technical staff to ensure the effective definition and delivery of projects, providing regular and proactive communications to both customers and Ryder Management. This role is critical for supporting business start-ups for medium to large-sized programs, developing implementation strategies to meet customer expectations, and managing plans that include scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, and risks. You will interact with multiple levels, including Senior Management within Ryder and client organizations, to ensure results are achieved and post-implementation standards are met.
