About the Opportunity
SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to support an Intelligence government customer. This role is contingent upon the award of the contract. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all contract matters, acting with full authority on behalf of the contractor to ensure effective management of cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
The Role in Context
In this onsite position, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the Task Order. Your focus will be on ensuring production schedules are met and system resources are utilized efficiently across all project activities, including systems, tools, equipment, software, and facilities. You will establish strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while coordinating the contractor's footprint and requirements during government execution of surge requirements.
A key aspect of this role involves establishing and managing the Program Management Office (PMO) for post-activation execution. You will oversee critical administrative and logistical functions, including contractor communications, security processing, space requirements, travel, visas, taxes, and Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) considerations. Additionally, you will lead a planning team to track intelligence requirements drivers, develop staffing solutions across the CMG operational spectrum, and maintain a weekly matrix of available resources and contingency factors.
The position requires a deep understanding of intelligence planning to support activities across the spectrum, with a specific focus on aligning project objectives with NSS/NDS priorities, including peer competition and China crisis scenarios. You will oversee Intelligence Management specialists and special security technicians to supplement CMG receipt staging and onward integration (RSOI) of increased contractor staff.
