Parsons is seeking a talented Program Director to join our team and support a large government customer in successfully delivering a significant infrastructure portfolio in the National Capital Region. In this anticipated role, Parsons will provide Owner Agent support, encompassing program management, planning and design oversight, construction management, risk management, scheduling, cost estimating, progress reporting, construction quality assurance, and safety services.
This position is aligned with the Washington DC area and requires co-location. As the primary contact for client representatives, subcontractors, and government officials, you will maintain strong client and community relations. You will keep a vigilant eye on potential problem areas, taking preventative action to ensure critical milestones are met for each phase of the project. Additionally, you will prepare periodic reports summarizing project and program progress for higher-level management and clients.
