About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Program Delivery Consultant to support programs within our Northwest transportation electrification portfolio. This role directly contributes to advancing utility- and government-funded transportation electrification efforts operating across Oregon and Washington.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to build their career in the clean energy space and gain hands-on experience in program administration. You will join an existing project delivery team to meet program goals, supporting the execution of key deliverables ranging from e-bike rebates to transportation electrification grants. Through this role, you will learn firsthand how clean energy programs are administered, growing alongside your dedication and the delivery of best-in-class programs.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport Program Delivery Managers to ensure program KPIs and deliverables are completed on schedule
- check_circleCreate and maintain regular reports and documentation for multiple programs across the portfolio
- check_circleReview and evaluate grant applications against program eligibility and scoring criteria
- check_circlePerform customer and stakeholder outreach on behalf of the program as needed
- check_circleMonitor budgets, analyze trends, assist with invoicing, and report program financials
- check_circleCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on time
