About the Role

The Program Coordinator serves as a vital link in our Community Supports Residential Programs, coordinating and managing program operations while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements. This role exists to foster an environment where individuals can thrive with dignity and autonomy.

In this position, you will ensure that the right to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property, and civil rights are well established and maintained at all times for the people we support. Your day-to-day impact involves accompanying individuals to medical appointments, coordinating activities, and providing necessary transportation. You will assist with integration into the community by joining them in recreational and social activities tailored to their interests, while also ensuring personal hygiene and health standards are met. Ultimately, you will provide meaningful learning experiences to help individuals reach their goals, utilizing the least restrictive environments possible.
