About the Role

As the Program Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between CAI, MIH agencies, and community partners. This role exists to ensure the seamless onboarding, communication, and technical support of our agencies while upholding strict data compliance and consistent implementation of MIH program standards.

You will be the primary point of contact for agencies, guiding them through training and workflow expectations. Your day will involve coordinating closely with MIH Regional Leads and the Data & Analytics Lead, preparing reports and briefings, and attending local and regional emergency preparedness meetings. This position requires a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the field and 1 day in the office, based in Indiana.
