About the Role
We are seeking a Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) Program Coordinator to serve as a vital link between our organization and community partners. In this role, you will assist with agency onboarding, communication, coordination, and technical assistance while supporting data compliance and the consistent implementation of MIH program standards. This position is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, bridging the gap between operational needs and strategic goals.
You will act as a primary point of contact for MIH agencies, guiding them through onboarding and training processes. Your day will involve supporting the implementation of workflows and standards, assisting agencies with data submission and reporting timelines, and identifying operational trends that require escalation. You will coordinate closely with MIH Regional Leads and the Data & Analytics Lead, ensuring seamless collaboration across the program. Additionally, you will regularly attend local and regional emergency preparedness meetings to stay aligned with community needs.
