Raytheon’s Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) is seeking a motivated Program Chief Engineer for their Electronic Warfare Systems / Emerging Programs product line. This role serves as the technical focal point for the product line to the customer, functional organizations, and leadership, ensuring technical integrity and engineering execution across all Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Cross Product Teams (CPTs).

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead engineering execution for the entire program, overseeing technical, schedule, and financial aspects
- check_circleEstablish and manage program vision, strategy, and goals to align with customer expectations
- check_circleDevelop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with customer needs and business goals
- check_circleManage program engineering activities and direct lead engineers to optimize system design
- check_circleEstablish and guide the Digital Engineering and Model-Based strategy for the product
- check_circleProvide technical oversight and guidance to external vendors to ensure requirements and schedule compliance
- check_circleEnsure technical integrity and engineering execution across all Integrated Product Teams and disciplines
- check_circleServe as the primary technical point of contact for senior customer counterparts
- check_circleLead multi-disciplinary teams including design engineering, supplier management, and business development
Requirements

- verified10+ years relevant experience
- verifiedActive and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance
- verifiedU.S. citizenship
- verifiedExperience in airborne and electronic warfare systems design
- verifiedExperience as Lead Design Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, or IPT Lead
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in STEM. Design experience with Electronic Support (ES), Radar Warning Receivers (RWR), and Electronic Attack (EA) systems, or other Electronic Warfare systems of similar complexity. Experience in factory establishment, production experience, and ability to facilitate and coordinate activities across multiple facilities and locations. Systems Architecture experience. Experience with capture effort coordination and developing proposals to obtain funding, spanning technical proposal development, work breakdown structures and cost estimation. Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, other engineering disciplines and external customers / stakeholders.
