Raytheon’s Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) is seeking a motivated Program Chief Engineer for their Electronic Warfare Systems / Emerging Programs product line. This role serves as the technical focal point for the product line to the customer, functional organizations, and leadership, ensuring technical integrity and engineering execution across all Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Cross Product Teams (CPTs).

Advanced degree in STEM. Design experience with Electronic Support (ES), Radar Warning Receivers (RWR), and Electronic Attack (EA) systems, or other Electronic Warfare systems of similar complexity. Experience in factory establishment, production experience, and ability to facilitate and coordinate activities across multiple facilities and locations. Systems Architecture experience. Experience with capture effort coordination and developing proposals to obtain funding, spanning technical proposal development, work breakdown structures and cost estimation. Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, other engineering disciplines and external customers / stakeholders.
