We are seeking a Program Analyst to support Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) and the 4th Marine Logistics in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between geographically dispersed Marine Reserve units and leadership, driving continuous improvement through the systematic collection and analysis of Lessons Learned.
Your day-to-day will involve coaching units on After Action Report (AAR) production, capturing insights from mobilization and demobilization cycles, and supporting Reserve training events. You will facilitate virtual and in-person working groups, develop tailored collection tools, and analyze trends to identify systemic issues. The role requires preparing high-level reports and briefings for MARFORRES leadership and ensuring the seamless integration of Reserve-specific insights with active component programs.
