About the Role
Cadmus seeks an entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Energy Program Administration practice. This role exists to develop strategy, secure new clients, build delivery capability, and lead program operations that help utilities and government clients achieve their decarbonization and energy savings goals.
In this position, you will lead business development efforts for program administration and implementation opportunities, shaping a growth-oriented business plan to scale the practice. You will collaborate with internal engineering, evaluation, and data analytics teams to create differentiated offerings that respond to evolving regulatory and market priorities. Your day-to-day will involve building senior-level relationships with clients, regulators, and industry partners to position the firm as a trusted and innovative program administrator while providing executive oversight of program delivery to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
