About the Role
As a Professional Services Analyst, you will serve as a key support pillar for the management of project operations. Your primary focus will be ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our project lifecycle, from initial setup to final billing. You will work closely with senior team members to maintain rigorous project profitability tracking and assist with utilization reporting.
In this role, you will manage critical administrative workflows, including time entry reviews, invoice processing, and the handling of cross-charge services and subcontractor time entries. You will utilize tools like Asana to track project tasks and collaborate effectively with the team, ensuring that all billing and credit processes are executed with precision. This position is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to operational excellence.
