About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Trainer to develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing training programs and systems that support production operations and related business functions. This role is critical for ensuring our workforce is skilled, compliant, and capable of meeting the demands of a regulated manufacturing environment.
As a Production Trainer, you will bridge the gap between operational needs and employee capability. You will identify training needs and skill gaps, coordinate recurring programs, and manage the full lifecycle of training projects from planning through implementation. Your work will directly impact our quality systems by investigating process-related issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives to standardize training processes.
