This role serves as a strategic partner in leading the future of snacking by optimizing the flow of pallets across our network. You will drive process optimization and governance for cart tracking while developing productivity systems to monitor project effectiveness. Acting as a distribution operations resource, you will liaise across functions to introduce new ideas, policies, and procedures that improve quality, cost, and service.
You will be instrumental in the design and maintenance of the Mondelez Warehouse Playbook, planning all aspects of operations to achieve the highest level of service at the lowest cost. As a lead point of contact for logistics program implementations, you will manage the quality and timing of rollouts, providing necessary process and system training. The role requires leading change management when implementing new concepts with internal operations, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, or plant partners, ensuring standardized SOPs and workflows are adopted across multiple projects.
In this position, you will analyze current methods to recommend and lead the implementation of improved operating procedures. You will evaluate operational processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction, facilitating continuous improvement projects. Your work will have a notable impact on corporate operations and fiscal health, requiring you to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices to solve complex problems creatively.
