About the Role
SHD Composite Materials Inc is seeking a Production Technician I to join our Manufacturing & Production department. In this role, you will support the manufacturing of advanced composite materials, playing a key part in producing prepregs, adhesives, and resin systems for demanding markets including aerospace, automotive, and motorsport.
You will work within a collaborative, quality-driven culture where safety and continuous improvement are paramount. Your day-to-day involves preparing raw materials, operating mixing and impregnation equipment, and strictly following batch recipes and process parameters. Beyond technical execution, you will contribute to a clean and organized work environment, ensuring accurate documentation and safe material handling while supporting cross-functional teamwork.
