About the Role
As a Production Team Partner, you will join a dedicated group working to ensure customer garments are always in exceptional condition. This role is vital to our operations, focusing on quality inspection and the careful handling of linens, towels, and wipers. You will work as part of a collaborative team to fold, bundle, package, and bag articles according to company standards, while rigorously inspecting products for any damage such as holes, tears, or stains.
The position offers a supportive environment where you can grow. We provide on-the-job training and ongoing cross-training that exposes you to different areas of production, enhancing your performance and career potential. Many of our current managers started their careers on the production floor, reflecting our strong commitment to promoting from within.
