Join the team behind our custom compounds as a key leader at the Teknor Apex South Carolina Plant. In this role, you will model leadership behaviors that align with our Core Values—Accountability, Integrity, Respect, Safety, Sustainability, Innovation, and Partnership.
Your day will be defined by presence on the floor, where you will spend 40-50% of your shift getting to know the team, recognizing achievements, auditing processes, and coaching for success. You will ensure seamless shift turnover, maintain a safe and compliant environment, and drive 5S principles across the department. Beyond technical oversight, you will cultivate an open-door, team-oriented culture, mentoring Crew Leads and supporting the development of your own leadership skills through scheduled training.
