As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in leading the production team and driving top-level performance. You will supervise the operation of the plant in accordance with company policies and directives from the Assistant Production Manager. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment where you can support the training of plant personnel, maintain high morale and safety standards, and address team partner concerns alongside production management.
