This position serves as a 3rd Shift Supervisor, leading a team in a fast-paced production environment. The role is critical for maintaining operational efficiency while upholding the highest standards of safety and food quality. You will be responsible for motivating the team, optimizing performance, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and food safety programs.
Your day begins with leading, coaching, and training your team to foster professional development. You will manage scheduling to ensure the production area runs smoothly while constantly promoting a culture of safety. A key part of your mission is to optimize employee engagement through positive leadership and to ensure all operations adhere to established food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs, and HACCP protocols.
