Key Responsibilities
- check_circleResolve unexpected problems and effectively complete all territory assignments
- check_circleParticipate in training to remain up to date with new products and procedures
- check_circleProvide specialist service to other field technicians for unresolved technical issues
- check_circleSupport sales team members to maximize equipment leads and upgrade opportunities
- check_circlePerform full range of repairs and service procedures on high-speed digital copiers and printers
- check_circleConduct diagnostics, installation, troubleshooting, and software upgrades on production machines
- check_circleProvide high-quality technical support by completing service calls according to agreements
Requirements
- verified2-6 years minimum of relevant experience
- verifiedExperience with servicing and repairing production level office equipment
- verifiedCanon certifications beneficial
- verifiedStrong computer knowledge
- verifiedStrong problem-solving and mechanical/electrical skills
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of Windows 10 applications
- verifiedValid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice to Have
Experience with servicing and repairing production level office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines, mailing matches, etc. Canon certifications.
