About the Role
As a Production Operator – Reactor Operations, you will own the safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and supporting equipment. This hands-on manufacturing role is designed for individuals who take pride in equipment ownership and product quality. You will ensure production meets quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement.
Your day-to-day involves operating automated production equipment, monitoring process performance, completing routine inspections and maintenance tasks, and accurately documenting production activities. By identifying deviations and improvement opportunities, you will actively contribute to operational excellence and reliability across the site. We are looking for a safety-focused, dependable operator who thrives in a manufacturing environment, is comfortable working night shifts, and is motivated to build technical knowledge, including process chemistry.
