About the Role
We are seeking a Production Manager for our Reno, NV location to coordinate manufacturing activities and lead our production team. In this role, you will establish procedures to ensure the highest standards for product quality and safety while managing operations to meet annual corporate goals for efficiency.\n You will serve as a key liaison between departments, developing effective working relationships both internally and externally. Your day-to-day will involve directing production activities, setting priorities, and analyzing production reports to implement necessary corrective actions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing the plant budget, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and providing periodic reviews with your staff.
