About the Role
The Production Manager provides leadership and direction to the product group, supporting Marvin's business objectives by managing production goals and ensuring the effective utilization of resources and materials. This role is designed to improve overall operational efficiency and facilitate strong communication and connection between all departments. You will be the primary communicator of information to the whole business team regarding projects, goals, status reports, and business needs, while also reporting results and issues to senior management. The position involves resolving problems pertaining to people, production, and products, and preparing and maintaining the Product Group budget.

Requirements

- verifiedExperience with Lean manufacturing, ISO and related principles preferred
Nice to Have
Past experience with Lean manufacturing, ISO and related principles. Bachelor's degree in a related area from a recognized program or institution.
