About the Role
The Production Manager provides leadership and direction to the product group, supporting Marvin's business objectives by managing production goals and ensuring the effective utilization of resources and materials. This role is designed to improve overall operational efficiency and facilitate strong communication between all departments. You will resolve problems pertaining to people, production, and products while driving an environment of continuous improvement, including 5S, autonomous maintenance, and lean/sigma principles. As a primary communicator, you will share project status, goals, and business needs with the whole business team and report results to senior management.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in a related area preferred
- verified5 years successful supervisory and production management experience

- verifiedExperience with Lean manufacturing, ISO and related principles preferred
Nice to Have
Past experience with Lean manufacturing, ISO and related principles. Bachelor's degree in a related area from a recognized program or institution.
