About the Role
The Production Manager provides leadership and direction to the product group in support of Marvin's business objectives. This role exists to manage production goals, ensure the effective utilization of resources and materials, and improve the overall efficiency of operations. You will facilitate strong communication and connection between all departments, resolving problems pertaining to people, production, and products. As the primary communicator of information to the whole business team, you will report on projects, goals, and status, while also communicating results and issues to senior management as needed.
