About the Role

This Production Manager position is designed for a self-motivated, goal-oriented leader with a "whatever it takes" attitude. You will serve as a positive leader and mentor, fostering employee engagement and promoting opportunities for growth within the organization. Your mission is to communicate the company's strategic vision, manage daily production operations, and ensure efficient workflow while leading a team of approximately 30 employees.

In this role, you will drive a safe work environment by monitoring facility conditions and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. You will oversee employee training, manage inventory levels, and implement cost-control processes to maintain operational efficiency. By coordinating workflow across departments, you will ensure on-time delivery of products and maintain accurate production reports for senior management.
