About the Role
As a Production Level 4 team member on the 1st Shift, you will be the backbone of our window manufacturing process. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in crafting high-quality products. You will perform a variety of essential tasks ranging from glass handling and assembly to final packaging and delivery, utilizing hand tools, basic machinery, and software-guided equipment.
Whether you are installing weatherstripping, operating wrapping machinery, or supporting assembly stations for casement, trend, or patio units, your work ensures that every unit leaving our facility meets strict company quality and production standards. We value adaptability; you will be trained to operate multiple machines and move between different stations as production needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleOperate wrapping machinery and label finished units for shipment
- check_circleCut and assemble glass grids using saw equipment
- check_circleTransport and scan glass carts to ensure timely delivery to production lines
- check_circleInstall frames, sashes, and hardware for casement window assembly
- check_circleSupport patio door assembly by installing frames, panels, and components
- check_circleInsert raw glass into sashes or frames and apply weatherstripping and caulk
- check_circleAssist with glazing and sealing operations across multiple assembly stations
- check_circleStage completed windows and doors for shipping
- check_circleInstall vinyl beads to create finished, sealed window units
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- verifiedAbility to understand English and follow written and verbal instructions
- verifiedBasic math, reading, and writing skills
- verifiedAbility to identify correct materials, profiles, and components
- verifiedBasic mechanical aptitude
- verifiedAbility to operate simple machinery and computer interfaces
- verifiedStrong attention to detail and quality inspection ability
- verifiedAbility to work cooperatively with others and follow direction from supervisors
- verifiedWillingness to learn and operate multiple machines

- verifiedMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- verifiedMust be able to handle large pieces of glass
- verifiedMust be able to lift 50–100 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs constantly
