About the Role
This Production Level 3 position on the 1st Shift is designed for individuals ready to grow within a supportive manufacturing setting. While specific duties vary by title—whether operating saws for frames and sashes, installing midrails, or monitoring automated flex screen lines—the core of the role is ensuring every unit meets our rigorous quality and production standards. You will work with hand tools, basic machinery, and software-guided equipment to transform raw materials into finished products.
We offer comprehensive on-the-job training, so previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. This role is ideal for someone with a basic mechanical aptitude who is eager to learn multiple machines and adapt to various jobs throughout the plant. You will be part of a team that values accuracy, safety, and the ability to handle pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
