At Really Good Stuff (RGS), a part of Excelligence Learning Corporation, we create innovative, engaging educational products that inspire teachers and students alike. Our team is dedicated to creating high-quality, teacher-inspired classroom solutions that make learning more engaging and effective. We are passionate about supporting educators and helping students succeed.
As a Production Designer, you will play a critical role in bringing these products to life by blending creativity with precision. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product development, purchasing, and vendors to deliver best-in-class educational materials on time and on budget. Your day-to-day involves translating early-stage product ideas into visually compelling concepts for PreK through 5th-grade products, refining concepts with the Product Development team, and ensuring final products are both educationally effective and visually impactful. You will also own the accuracy and integrity of production files, manage vendor communications for reprints and PO processes, and support the development of instruction guides.
